What I do at In Charge Electric
I am the Corporate Controller, responsible for overseeing the Accounting Department. The focus of my position is to provide the most accurate financial data possible to our Executives and Board of Directors, while continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Who am I?
I have working in the accounting field for over 20 years. Starting out as an AP specialist, with over 8 years experience as a Controller
Advice for prospective candidates
It's ok not to know something or to make mistakes. My best advice is to own speak up when you need help and take accountability when you make a mistake.
